TD Spring Management Conference
TD Bank’s SMC is an annual leadership summit with over 250 attendees. Each year, leaders from across the organization gather to share results, goals, successes and more.
2019
We developed a brand for the conference around the concept “NOW”, which was translated into a motivational and cinematic experience.
The goal of “NOW” was to drive action in 2019. Using time as a thematic driver, this concept utilized a variety of tools to create energy and urgency around the plans and priorities to help push TD Bank forward in the upcoming year.

2020
Due to COVID-19, SMC needed to pivot from a multi-day, in-person meeting to a three-hour virtual event. Again, we developed a brand for the conference, this time around the concept “GO”, to inspire leaders and drive action. We worked in lockstep with the planning team from technology through to rehearsals to elevate the presentations with powerful visuals, concise messages and a clear summary.
